My new and improved Dark Brown Felt Tip Eyeliner is my favorite way to achieve the ever popular, CAT EYE. It glides along the lash line effortlessly without skipping.  It stays in place once dry.  The adaptable brush can be used as a very thin eyeliner and used to widen to a thicker extending eye line. Usage directions: Shake a few times to get the fluid flowing.  I find it easier to start from the inner corner eye lash and extend outward depending on your eye shape and desired look.

Tips: Be sure to replace the cap immediately to prevent drying and store with the cap downwards so the tip stays moist. ~ Jill
